Not happy with your purchase? Ordered the wrong size? No worries! We accept returns for a refund within 21 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition, with original tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please include a note with your name, order number, item being returned and reason for return. Otherwise we will be unable to associate the return to you, and will be unable to refund your purchase. Please send your package to:

We suggest that you send your return with a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will allow you to track your package should it become lost in the mail. (Please DO NOT use FedEx. They do not deliver to us and will return your parcel marked refused.) We are not responsible for any return items lost in shipping. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. Please be aware that specialty items, custom orders and some sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or returns or refunds.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
